Wow.... where do I even start!? Annette was just incredible. I had heard some people say that meeting with celebrants was hard work or they were pushy or they were judgmental. Well, Annette was none of those things. She was so friendly and so personable. We live in Bendigo, Victoria but I am from Perth. We met over zoom after emailing and I just felt like she was the one right away, you just felt the love she has for this job coming from her. She was so helpful and just made it so easy for us. We met three days before the wedding in person and went through everything to make us feel at ease when we were up there on the day. On the day of the wedding, it felt like we had a friend up there marrying us. After the ceremony, we had a photo with her and hugs and I just wanted to say come party with us haha! I can’t recommend Annette enough and it was not just my husband and I that raved about her it was all of our guests too! Thank you so much Annette!! Xxx

Annette was hands DOWN our favourite person on our wedding day. From the minute we met her for our pre-wedding consultation and she ordered a Spritz on a Tuesday afternoon, we knew she was our person. We had guests asking how long we had known her, and if she was one of our best friends because our ceremony was just that personal, filled with love and overwhelming joy for our special day. She made us feel so excited and at ease in the lead-up to the day, helped us with the million questions we hounded her with, without complaint or a “stop bloody emailing me!” reply. During the ceremony, she corralled our guests with the ease of a professional musterer, got everyone feeling involved in the ceremony, and not just stood there bored and waiting for the bar to be open. Once we commenced our vows, she stood near us quietly whispering sweet-nothings to make sure we were relaxed, that we remembered to breathe, and for God sake, do not start bawling your eyes out now! We loved her so much that we also asked her to MC on the night, which was so fun, everyone was more relaxed, she made our family feel included and worked her magic when last-minute issues cropped up (hello, last-minute speech anyone?!), on the precipice of a bridal meltdown, she just nodded and said “I got you babe, it’s fine” and instant relaxation set in because she really did. I have already recommended her to at least 4 other friends getting married, and if we could do it all again, we would!

Annette was incredible! She put so much time and effort into getting to know us and that was evident in the very personalised ceremony she delivered on the day. She made us feel calm and was completely in control leading up to and especially on the day which was exactly what we needed! A number of guests commented saying how amazing she was and that it was the best ceremony they’ve ever attended (some said even including their own!!!). We loved everything she said in her intro and the way everything flowed was great - so much love but she kept it lighthearted and fun at the same time! Thank you so much Annette, we are so happy you were the one we chose to be our celebrant!

We couldn’t have done it without the assistance of Annette Carone who gave us the beautiful gift of being our celebrant. We were Annette’s first boys!!! Annette is the perfect celebrant and truly made our ceremony and the whole process a dream. We entered this all as strangers and came out of it as friends. We love you so much Annette!

Annette created the most unique, personal and entertaining ceremony we could have wished for! I know we are biased because it was our day, but all our guests were beyond impressed with Annette and how she blended humour, personal stories and touching moments to produce the most memorable ceremony. If you want more than the ordinary (and frankly boring) weddings you see over and over, then she is for you. She offers very professional service, and is also the type of person you'll want to go for drinks with after the wedding! The best wedding investment we made!
