Why did you become a Celebrant?

Because I love love! To be human is to feel love and it is the most wonderful thing we have in this world. Let that love be celebrated and celebrate it well. Bringing family and friends together to celebrate your relationship is an absolute joy and how privileged am I that I get to be invited into this intimate moment to share the love story of so many wonderful couples. 

It is the best dam job I could ever possibly have and I am so grateful for it every single day.

How long have you been a Celebrant?

10 glorious years! I just hit my 10th anniversary in Oct 2019. Becoming a celebrant is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is a truly special thing to be included in a couple’s magical moment and I am grateful for all those who put their trust in me.

What “type” of ceremonies do you perform?

A ceremony that is all about you. No boring bits, all the feels, lots of love and laughter. I get to know you, so that we can create a truly fun and memorable day together. 

I promise you is a ceremony that is authentic, unique and all about you, all wrapped in an awesome package with this enthusiastic love loving celebrant who just wants you to have a magical day, enjoy all of the moments and have your guests walking away exclaiming “That was awesome!”. 

Are you inclusive?

Absolutely! I love all the love and am here to help ALL lovers celebrate their uniqueness and let them share their love with the world uniting them in marriage with the ultimate celebration of love! 

Do we have to do any of the paperwork?

You certainly need to sign on the dotted line, but let me organise that for you. I am here to take any stress out of your Ceremony, I’ve got this! I will prepare and submit all required legal documentation on your behalf. 

Will my guests be able to hear?

Without a doubt! I will have my trusty PA with me and when it comes time for you to share your vows, the microphone is all yours!

What about the music?

No live music no worries, you can play music through my PA.

Do you do any other types of ceremonies?

Yes! I believe life should be celebrated in all of its forms. If you’re after a commitment ceremony, life celebration, vow renewal or heck maybe you want to marry your dog to your friends dog, then hey why not? I’m keen.
